Fabric/Acrylic Colours can be used on any surface and can yet retain their brightness over a period of time. The fabric painted upon does not have a hard feel and remains soft and supple. These water-based colours become water proof when completely dry and do not have a side effect on the skin. Tri-Star Colman Medium/Binder Areas of Usage & is available for Dust powder colours, i.e. Gold, Silver & Copper.
